Planet Computers are now an authorised Canon service agent and reseller. The aim of Planet Computers is to offer a one-stop shop for computers and accessories, which also offers Copy Centre Services: including colour copying, Business Cards and Booklet making, lamination, copying and faxing.

Mike and Jacinta Gubb have been operating their business from the same address for the past 5 years. Born and bred in Tokoroa the couple has run three different businesses in the area over the last ten years.

Not only do they have local knowledge, but an intimate interest in the business and its customers. Each customer's requirements are personally assessed and their computers are custom built for their specific needs. The business has a loyal customer base and Mike likes to make himself available after hours. "We do on site repairs and our turn around time is usually 1-2 days, depending on how many computers are waiting for repair. This is pretty good - if the repairs were to be done in a big retail store it could take about two weeks. Usually there is an overnight delivery of "parts". We also do repairs in customers homes.
